The owner, Jasmyne, is a retired educator with a Doctorate in Education specializing in mathematics. She enjoys the many visitors who come annually to see what's new in her Ocean City gift shop and to share their life memories with her. She and her husband, Phil, met in college at Penn State and are celebrating their 53rd wedding anniversary in April 2023.
Our new addition is a Gift Center where you can purchase a bag with matching card, tissue paper and bow. Fill it with your gift items. We encourage you to think ahead about the gifts you need for the year. Come in and enjoy creating your packaged gift!
Quality product lines are added each year at Salty Treasures. New for 2023 include new seasonal garden flags, Studio-M planters mailbox covers, doormats and yard art, pewter cheeseboards, pate knives and tree ornaments, dish towels and aprons, 9-square puzzles, pillows for indoors and outdoors, wood signs, platters, sea glass jewelry, weather-proof porch boards, puzzles for all ages and children's educational books with stuffed animal characters to match! She hopes to continue school fundraisers this year with the children's books. Let her know if your school is interested!

The Porch Boards and Above Boards are USA made and weatherproof 8"x46.5" tall. Great for indoors or outdoors (lean or hang)! We do not ship the boards.

Salty Treasures gift shop in Ocean City, NJ is excited to share the Made in America line – Memories of Elaine! Elaine taught her daughter, Sandy, the art of making 100% hand-made bunnies, snowmen, peeps, and pumpkins. They have been a real hit at Salty Treasures. If you give us 4-6 months notice, we may be able to get something made special to order!
In 2003, after Sandy’s mother Elaine passed away, Sandy kept the family tradition going by creating her small business, “Memories of Elaine”, located in PA. Sandy sews the bodies, adds up-cycled designer sweaters and embellishments to create her one-of -a-kind products. A true work of art.
